Students coming to trial please come wearing appropriate gym wear and no jewellery. We train with no footwear and steam clean our mats daily, however feel free to wear sports socks if you prefer.
Path 1
Self Defence Classes
All self defence courses are limited to a maximum of 12 participants, so get in early!
Self Defence classes are scheduled and may include any material from the THRI jujutsu or WSKF karate system. Price is for max. 20 course sessions in 3 month period.

Path 2
10 Block Personal Group Training
Personal Group Training (PGT) sessions are for 2-6 students, price is for 10-lesson block pass in 3 month period. RECOMMENDED for time poor or FiFo workers, who can’t regularly attend scheduled classes.
PGT sessions are available throughout the year and run in parallel with the set term courses. These sessions are arranged by the students by using the simple online booking system. Try it now below!
